    Discover the city and its surroundings<\/h2>\n

    Not far from the Saint Jean campsite<\/strong>, in the commune of Six Fours les Plages<\/strong>, a few hundred metres away, a beautiful green setting is easily accessible. In its centre the Fort<\/strong> of Six Fours dominates, as well as the Collegiate Church<\/strong> of Saint Peter. Take a walk, stroll, alone or with your family and enjoy the Green Provence<\/strong>. The Fort built on a hill, forming a small peninsula with La Seyne Sur Mer<\/strong> and Saint Mandrier<\/strong>; this all is still part of the official defense of Toulon<\/strong> and its maritime port. With the beautifull small islands Gaou<\/strong> and ‘Les Embiez’<\/strong> just off the coast, and still on its territory, the commune has been able to constitute invaluable natural reserves. These islets are definitely worth a visit. Gaou is walkable from Six Fours \/ Le Brusc and is a real haven of tranquillity with nice small beaches.
